Initial information, at about 9:40 pm on July 1, in the area in front of house number 1480 Tran Phu street, group 12 Nam Cuong, Cam Duong ward, a car with license plate 30H-159. xx traveling in the direction from Lao Cai ward to Cam Duong ward suddenly rushed onto the sidewalk.
The car collided with Mr. P.X. C (born 1989, residing in Cam Duong ward), who was standing on the sidewalk, and Mr. T.N. M (born 1985, residing in Cam Duong ward), who was sitting on the sidewalk in front of the house. Initial results, both people were injured.
After the accident occurred, the vehicle involved left the scene.
Immediately after receiving the report from the people, Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 urgently deployed forces to verify and search for the vehicle.
Only after about 20 minutes, the task force identified the car with license plate 30H-159. xx at the residence of the vehicle owner, Mr. N.V.T (born 1967), residing in group 11 Bac Lenh, Cam Duong ward, and quickly carried out verification measures according to regulations.
