According to the content of the clip, at this time there was a girl sitting close to the railway track, holding a phone to record. When the train arrived, the girl's phone was hit by the train and thrown far away.
Immediately after receiving information on social networks, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 (CSGT) - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police sent officers and soldiers to verify the incident.
According to the Commander of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4, initially the unit determined that the incident occurred in Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward.
However, the time of the incident has not been determined. Through review with the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Police, in the past week, functional forces have not recorded any railway accidents in the area.
Currently, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 continues to coordinate with Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Police to clarify the incident.
