Earlier, in the early morning of May 29, the People's Committee of Long Binh Tan Ward received a report from fish farming households in Thai Hoa Quarter, Long Binh Tan Ward about the mass death of fish in the fish farming area on the Dong Nai River.

Cage fish farmers said that after the heavy rain in the early morning of May 29, fish in cages had a phenomenon of suffocation and mass death, mostly tilapia, tilapia, catfish, langurs, and crab.

Initial statistics show that about 6 tons of fish rafts of all kinds were damaged. The People's Committee of Long Binh Tan Ward has reported to the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City to direct specialized agencies to conduct inspections and handling.
