According to the list of 3,133 works and projects to recover land to implement socio-economic development projects for national and public interests in Hanoi in the period 2026 - 2030, 24 projects will be implemented in Bo De ward.
Among these, there are 21 transitional projects according to the Resolution of the City People's Council in 2025 and 3 newly registered projects.
In the period 2026 - 2030, Thuong Thanh social housing area will be deployed in Bo De ward; urban functional area on both sides of the road from Ngoc Thuy dike to Thuong Thanh new urban area; investment in building social housing for sale to officials, civil servants, and employees of the Presidential Office.
Along with that, the city will deploy the construction of a series of new roads: Construction of a 17.5m road according to the plan from Hoang Nhu Tiep street to Nguyen Son street; construction of a 13.5m road according to the plan from Nguyen Van Cu street to the intersection with lane 564/32; construction of a 17.5m road according to the plan from QH A4/NO2 cell to Ngoc Thuy Secondary School...
