Initial information, at 3:47 a.m. on May 1, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Area 4 received a report from Center 114 of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hai Phong City Police about a gasoline truck crashing into a house. The place where the incident occurred was the house of Ms. P.T.C (on National Highway 10, near Quang Thanh intersection, An Lao, Hai Phong). The driver of the gasoline truck was Mr. V.H.M (born in 1987, residing in So Dau, Hong Bang, Hai Phong).
Immediately after receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Region 4 dispatched fire trucks and rescue vehicles to the scene.
At the scene, the house was crashed with 1 car, 2 motorbikes were crushed by walls, not detected leaks of petrol. The tank truck at the time of the accident withdrew all the gas in the tank. Driving a tank injured, trapped in the cabin. Functional forces quickly took the victim out, moved to emergency at Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital.
Currently, the cause of the incident is being investigated, clarified and handled by the authorities according to regulations.
