Recently, during peak hours in the morning and afternoon, on Pham Hung Street (near My Dinh bus station), there have been frequent cases of passenger cars moving slowly, even stopping or parking in violation of regulations to pick up passengers and receive shipments.
On the afternoon of September 11, following the working group of Traffic Police Team No. 6 (under the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police), many passenger cars moved slowly on this route to arrest passengers and receive goods. In that situation, the authorities have asked vehicles to move quickly to avoid causing chaos and local traffic congestion. At the same time, strictly handle vehicles that stop and park in violation of regulations.

Captain Dang Van Truong - an officer of Traffic Police Team No. 6, shared: "Faced with the situation of passenger cars stopping and parking or moving slowly near My Dinh bus station, Traffic Police Team No. 6 has continuously launched, focusing on inspection and handling around My Dinh bus station. The authorities are both patrolling mobilely and using professional measures to promptly detect and handle violations.
Violations of stopping or parking; picking up or dropping off passengers in the wrong place will be strictly handled according to the law. We are determined not to let the situation of "parasite stations and vehicles" exist around My Dinh bus station."
According to Captain Dang Van Truong, arbitrary bus stops not only obstruct traffic but also pose a potential risk to passenger safety. In the coming time, the traffic police will maintain regular patrols and handling, especially during peak hours. At the same time, coordinate with local police to handle the situation of "brokers" encroaching on sidewalks, contributing to ensuring traffic order and safety in the area.
Captain Truong emphasized that the rectification of the situation of passenger cars stopping and parking in violation of regulations is not only to ensure traffic safety, but also to protect the legitimate rights of passengers, preventing negative behaviors from arising.
