The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just issued a decision to complete and supplement the personnel of the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity of Ho Chi Minh City.
Ho Chi Minh City Party Secretary Tran Luu Quang holds the position of Head of the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity of Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Tran Luu Quang was born in 1967, from Trang Bang town, Tay Ninh province; has a Master's degree in Public Administration, Mechanical Engineering.
At the end of August 2025, Mr. Tran Luu Quang was transferred and assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Nen - who was assigned to be a Standing Member of the 14th National Party Congress Documents Subcommittee.
Along with this decision, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also assigned a number of members of the Standing Committee to join the Steering Committee, including: Mr. Duong Anh Duc - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Mr. Pham Thanh Kien - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
Up to now, the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity of Ho Chi Minh City includes Heads, 4 Deputy Heads and 11 members.
