    According to initial information, the accident occurred at around 11:38 p.m. on December 20, at Hoa Binh bridge (Hoa Binh ward, Phu Tho province).

    At this time, the motorbike with license plate 29AD-095.81 driven by Ta Xuan L (born in 1995, residing in Group 9, Hoa Binh Ward) was traveling from Dong Loi Intersection to Tan Thinh Market Intersection, carrying Bach Van H (born in 1990, residing in Lien Son Commune, Phu Tho) and Dinh Van Q (born in 2000, residing in Ba Vi, Hanoi).

    When arriving at Hoa Binh bridge area, Mr. L's motorbike collided with a motorbike with license plate 28FZ-283.82 driven by Cao Duy T (born in 2005, residing in Group 2, Hoa Binh ward) in the opposite direction.

    The consequences of the accident caused Ta Xuan L and Cao Duy T to die at the scene.
