The traffic accident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. on December 16 on Ho Chi Minh Road, in Kim Hoa Commune, when a motorbike with license plate 38P1-491.xx driven by Mr. P.X.L (63 years old, residing in Kim Hoa Commune) collided with a tractor-trailer with license plate 38H-020.xx, pulling a trailer with license plate 38R-017.xx, traveling in the same direction in front.
The strong collision caused Mr. L to fall onto the road and suffer serious injuries. People have supported taking the victim to the emergency room but he did not survive.
After the accident, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police coordinated with local police to be present at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause.
