At 2:30 a.m. this morning, September 3, an accident also occurred at km 21+600 of National Highway 17B in An Thanh commune. The motorbike driven by Mr. H.V.D (born in 2001, residing in Son La province) from An Phong commune to An Thanh City caused an accident. As a result, Mr. D suffered a traumatic brain injury, fell into a deep coma, and was predicted to die.
