On October 23, the police of Ro Khoi commune, Quang Ngai province, are investigating the cause of a serious traffic accident that occurred in the area.
The accident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on October 23, on National Highway 14C, through Km23+300 (in Ro Koi commune), causing two deaths and two serious injuries.
At that time, a 15-ton truck carrying ceramic tiles with license plate 47A-294.21 driven by Mr. Huynh Minh Duong (born in 1973, residing in Dak Lak province), carrying Mr. Le Pham Thuy (born in 1987, residing in Dak Lak) and two unidentified people, was traveling from Ro Koi commune to Mo Rai commune.
When arriving at the above location, the vehicle suddenly lost control and crashed into the right edge of the road, causing the cabin to be severely deformed.

As a result, two people trapped in the cabin died on the spot (identities unknown). Mr. Huynh Minh Duong and Mr. Le Pham Thuy were seriously injured and were taken to Ngoc Hoi Regional Hospital for emergency treatment by local people and authorities.
The truck was severely damaged, with goods scattered all over the road.
Immediately after the incident, the People's Committee of Ro Koi commune directed the commune police force, medical staff and economic departments to quickly arrive at the scene to rescue, protect the scene, divert traffic and regulate traffic.
The cause of the accident is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
