At this time, the truck driven by Mr. P.V.T (born in 1989, residing in Hoa Nhat, An Duong) towards National Highway 10 towards Lam Khe bridge collided with a container truck driven by Mr. T.V.N (born in 1987, residing in Hung Yen province) traveling in the same direction ahead. As a result, Mr. T died at the scene, and the truck was severely damaged.
Previously, at around 4:50 p.m. on November 18, a traffic collision also occurred at km 9+600 of provincial road 390D (Tran Phu commune). Ms. N.T.V (born in 2019, residing in Tran Phu commune) was driving a motorbike from Han bridge to Tran Phu commune when she collided with a truck driven by Mr. N.V.L (born in 1983, residing in Lai Khe commune) traveling in the same direction. Seeing Mrs. V fall onto the road, Mr. L hit the steering wheel in the opposite lane but the rear wheel of the truck ran over Mrs. V. As a result, Mrs. V died. The preliminary cause was that Ms. V was not the owner of the motorbike, causing the accident.
