According to initial information, at about 3:45 pm on July 20, at Km153 of Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway (direction from Lao Cai to Hanoi), passing through Mau A commune, Lao Cai province, a truck with license plate 50LD-190. xx driven by Mr. Le Quoc H (born in 1980, residing in Tuyen Quang province) suddenly crashed into the corrugated iron barrier system on the right side of the road.
The accident seriously injured driver Le Quoc H. The victim was taken to Mau A Medical Center for emergency treatment but did not survive.
At the scene, the truck was damaged after the collision.
Immediately after the incident occurred, Traffic Police Team No. 5 (Traffic Police Department), in coordination with Mau A Commune Police, Criminal Police Department (PC01), Criminal Technical Department (PC09) of Lao Cai Provincial Police and the expressway management and operation unit were present to protect the scene, investigate the cause of the accident and regulate traffic.
