    Hai Phong - On the morning of October 18, a truck overturned at Km59 of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, causing traffic congestion for many kilometers towards Hai Phong.

    At about 9:20 a.m. on October 18, on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway ( highway 5B), Km59 section in the old Tu Ky area (Hai Phong city), a serious traffic incident occurred. A truck traveling from Hanoi to Hai Phong suddenly overturned, blocking the entire road, forcing vehicles behind to stop, causing congestion for kilometers.

    According to records, the traffic jam has lasted about 3-4km, making it very difficult for vehicles to move. Because trucks overturned and occupied the entire main road, many drivers were forced to move slowly, even stopping on the spot for a long time.
