At about 5:45 am on July 18, a truck with license plate 50H - 932xx was traveling on the Ham Nghi - Vung Ang expressway in the North - South direction, when it reached the area of Ha Huy Tap ward, it suddenly lost control, broke the corrugated iron railing and overturned into the negative slope.
The accident caused heavy damage to the vehicle, one person died, one person was injured and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment.
Upon receiving the news, functional forces were present to handle the scene and investigate to clarify the cause.
