At the dialogue, workers were discussed frankly, democratically, publicly, and transparently in the spirit of cooperation and constructiveness, and employer representatives listened, understood, and shared. Basically, the majority of workers' opinions have been resolved, and the rest have been received and considered, and included in the appropriate adjustment plan in the coming time.
Also at the dialogue, Yen Bai Lottery Company said that the total revenue of the Company in the first 3 months of the year reached 45.5 billion VND, equivalent to 29% of the year plan and equal to 129% compared to the same period last year, an absolute increase of 10.3 billion VND.
Budget contribution reached 10.9 billion VND, equal to 34% of the annual plan, an increase of 2.4 billion VND compared to the same period, corresponding to a growth rate of 128%.
Pre-tax profit is estimated at 1.5 billion VND, equal to 30% of the annual plan and a sharp increase of 171% compared to the same period in 2025.
The actual bonus rate accounts for about 50% of total lottery revenue, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining stability in issuance activities.
The average income of workers is estimated at about 15 million VND/person/month, reaching 109% of the annual plan, contributing to ensuring the lives of officials and employees in the context of a still volatile market.
In the first quarter, the Company continued to issue traditional lottery according to the regional linkage model in the North according to the direction of the Ministry of Finance, ensuring full compliance with operating regulations.
As a result, the Company's sales ranked 8th/28 units in the Northern region and topped the Cluster of Emulation No. 4 of the Bloc.
Notably, the issuance and prize payment activities are carried out publicly and transparently, without any complaints from agents, ticket buyers or winners, contributing to strengthening customer confidence in the type of construction lottery.
In 2026, the Company sets a target of total revenue of nearly 160 billion VND, contributing over 32 billion VND to the budget.
