After being posted, the clip attracted many angry opinions, saying that this behavior affects the environment and urban aesthetics.
Regarding the incident, the leader of Phu Xuan Ward People's Committee said that immediately after receiving the information, the ward police and functional forces were present at the scene to inspect and verify.
Functional agencies requested the man to pick up all the beer bottles that had been dumped into the river, and will handle the act of discharging waste into rivers and lakes according to regulations," Mr. Nguyen Viet Bang - Chairman of Phu Xuan Ward People's Committee - informed.
