In one case, the People's Committee of the commune issued a Decision to impose a fine of 150 million VND.

For the remaining cases, the locality is continuing to complete the dossier to issue a decision to sanction administrative violations according to regulations.
From September 3, the interdisciplinary inspection team of the Commune People's Committee conducted a review and inspection of compliance with legal regulations on land management and use in the area.
During the inspection, it was discovered that Mr. N.T.T's household (in Lang Cheo village, Mau A commune - the old An Thinh commune) had illegally leveled land.

At the time of inspection, Mr. T was illegally leveling hills. Then, it was filled into the family pond area.
Mr. T carried out the leveling without a license from the competent authority, for the violation, the Commune People's Committee fined Mr. T's household 150 million VND.
In addition, through reviewing and inspecting the area, the authorities discovered many violations such as illegal leveling, illegal construction, illegal expansion, etc.
For the above cases, in addition to administrative sanctions, the Commune People's Committee must also remove the consequences, return the original state and dismantle the violating works.
The leader of Mau A commune emphasized that in the coming time, the locality will continue to closely coordinate with specialized departments and offices, promote propaganda and dissemination of land laws to each village and each household.
At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen inspection and resolutely handle violations, considering this an important solution to ensure orderly land management and use, effectively serving planning and socio-economic development in the area.
