Recently, a video recording the scene of a passenger car suddenly stopping a technology motorbike taxi to drop off passengers right on the road has spread on social networks.
The above behavior is dangerous for surrounding vehicles and poses a potential risk of traffic accidents. The incident is believed to have occurred on National Highway 32.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 9 to urgently verify.
Through inspection, functional forces determined that the incident occurred at about 11:40 am on March 30 on National Highway 32, passing through Hoai Duc commune, Hanoi.
The vehicle driver was identified as Mr. T.T. T (born 1979, residing in Ninh Binh), driving a passenger car with license plate 29E-015xx.
At the police station, the driver admitted the violation. Based on current regulations, functional forces have made a record of handling violations for picking up and dropping off passengers in the wrong places. The fine is from 1 to 2 million VND, and at the same time 2 points are deducted from the driver's license.

Hanoi Traffic Police Department recommends that units and passenger transport business drivers strictly comply with regulations on stopping, parking, picking up and dropping off passengers in the right places; do not change direction suddenly, stop and park arbitrarily causing obstruction and danger to traffic participants.
