The violation took place at 8:55 a.m. on the same day at km 17 of the Hai Phong - Mong Cai highway (on the Hai Phong - Mong Cai route).
At the same time, a record was also made with Ms. B.T. H (born in 1987, residing in Hai Ninh commune, Quang Ninh province) who is the owner of motorbike license plate 14K1-161. xx for the violation: allowing unqualified people to drive motorbikes to participate in traffic. Ms. H.K. A (born in 2009, residing in Yen Lang commune, Phu Tho) for the act of sitting on a motorbike without wearing a helmet. The total fine for the above 3 people is: 16,500,000 VND.
Previously, on the same morning, social networks posted a clip recording the scene of a young woman driving a motorbike with license plate 14K1-161. xx, carrying another girl behind, moving at high speed on the highway. Notably, the motorbike driver also went against the traffic, posing a potential risk of a traffic accident.
