Strange object appears to wash ashore in Thua Thien Hue

    HUE - On December 12, the People's Committee of Quang Ngan commune (Quang Dien district) said that a strange object drifted to the local coast.

    At 8:00 a.m. on December 12, the Self-Managed Security and Order Team and residents of Quang Ngan commune discovered a strange object drifting ashore in the locality.

    The object consists of a system of large black plastic pipes, which are securely connected together.

    According to initial assessment, this may be an aquaculture system.

    Currently, the People's Committee of Quang Ngan commune is coordinating with Phong Hai Border Guard Station, under the Border Guard of Thua Thien Hue province, to investigate and clarify this strange object in order to have an appropriate handling plan.
