Identifying labor export as one of the important solutions to create livelihoods for people, contributing to the goal of poverty reduction, building new rural areas and improving the quality of human resources, Ninh Binh province has issued many guidelines, mechanisms, and policies to support workers going to work abroad.
On that basis, programs to send workers to work abroad, especially in traditional markets such as Japan, Taiwan (China) and Korea, are implemented synchronously and in accordance with the law, ensuring the rights of workers.

After working abroad, workers not only have high incomes, contributing to improving family life, but more importantly, they are exposed to and learn modern production, management, and business methods, industrial labor style, and high discipline... This is a valuable resource for them to start a business and get rich legitimately in their homeland.

At the same time, provide timely information about foreign labor markets with labor recruitment needs, labor markets with labor needs, quantity, selection criteria as well as labor and living conditions, types of costs to be paid, rights and responsibilities of workers when going to work abroad for a limited time.
