This project belongs to the Lam Dong Provincial Cultural and Sports Center project, Langbiang - Da Lat ward.
According to Lam Dong Province No. 1 Construction Investment Project Management Board, package No. 03 will construct items, including stands A, B, C, D and the roof of stand A, fire prevention and fighting, towers and flagpole.
The construction units include Corporation 319 - Ministry of National Defense, Gia Minh Technology Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company and Alpha Equipment Joint Stock Company.
Thanh Lam Sports Company Limited is the construction unit of two semi-details of Da Lat Stadium, a running track, a distance between the stands and a running track with 4 entrances to the stadium (package No. 07).
Meanwhile, Phu My Thinh Company Limited is the construction unit of package No. 05, stand C square, A, B, D stands gathering yard, yard.
In addition, there is a traffic road outside the stands, 4 parking lots, steps leading to the stadium area, trees, lawns, etc.
The investor requires the above contractors to review, repair and repair damaged and degraded locations and items to serve as a basis for acceptance to end the warranty period, no later than December 25, 2025.
According to the investor, the locations and items of the Da Lat Stadium project are degraded and are under warranty, so the contractor must fully cover the costs of repairs and remedies.
During the repair period, the investor will continue to supervise and ensure the quality of the project according to the contract committed by the parties.
When required, the Lam Dong Province Investment and Construction Project Management Board No. 1 will accept the end of the warranty period and disburse the remaining capital that the unit is holding.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper: Da Lat Stadium was accepted by the investor and put into use in early 2024, with a warranty period of 24 months.
Up to now, many locations and items of the project have been degraded and damaged, especially the stone yard outside the stadium and some locations of the walls are cracked, showing signs of subsidence and peeling.
Not only that, outside this stadium, there is also a situation of garbage surrounding the potential risk of environmental pollution and spoiling the urban beauty.
