10 Hai Duong-class vehicles were fined at the same location in Hanoi

10 cases of cars with Hai Duong Provincial license plates were fined at a location in Hanoi in January 2025. Among them, there were cases where they were fined for 2 consecutive months.

Recently, the Traffic Police Department (Traffic Police, Hanoi City Police) announced a list of 288 cases of cars violating road traffic safety order detected through the traffic surveillance camera system. Of these, there are 11 cases with Hai Duong Provincial license plates (34 - PV).

According to information updated on the Traffic Police Department's Information Portal (Ministry of Public Security), among the 11 vehicles above, 1 vehicle with license plate 34A-700.08 was fined for "Not obeying traffic light signals".

The remaining 10 vehicles were fined for stopping at locations with No stopping and parking signs, including: 34A-430.91; 34A-455.01; 34A-500.07; 34A-631.39; 34A-670.61; 34A-686.27; 34A-725.60; 34A-827.70; 34A-904.85; 34G-001.41.

Notably, all 10 vehicles were fined at the same location on Giai Phong Street (through Bach Mai Hospital, Dong Tam Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi).

According to the latest update on the CSGT Department's website CS CSGS.vn, 2 vehicles with license plates 34A-430.91 and 34A-686.27 (included in the list of fines for January 2025 in Hanoi) continued to be recorded for stopping at places with "No stopping and parking" signs in February 2025.

Previously, in December 2024, Hanoi Police also recorded more than 100 vehicles violating the law on stopping and parking with a sign "No stopping and parking", on Giai Phong Street (through Bach Mai Hospital, Dong Tam Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City).

This is a popular place where many motorbikes and cars, from service vehicles such as taxis and motorbike taxis to private vehicles, calmly stop and park despite the prohibition signs.

The above situation causes chaos, traffic congestion, and the risk of traffic accidents. The authorities have continuously handled the case but violations are still very common.

According to Decree 168/2024 of the Government, stopping a car with a "No stopping and parking" sign will be subject to a fine of 600,000 - 800,000 VND.
