Quang Ngai decided to merge the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction into the Department of Construction. Transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Phuc Nhan - Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation as Director of the Department of Construction after the merger.
After merging the Department of Planning and Investment with the Department of Finance into the Department of Finance, Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment was transferred and appointed as Director of the Department of Finance after the merger.
Merging the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs with the Department of Home Affairs into the Department of Home Affairs, Mr. Ta Cong Dung - Director of the Department of Home Affairs was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs after the merger.
The Department of Information and Communications merged with the Department of Science and Technology to form the Department of Science and Technology, Mr. Tran Thanh Truong - Director of the Department of Information and Communications was transferred and appointed as Director of the Department of Science and Technology after the merger.
At the same time, Mr. Ho Trong Phuong, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, was transferred and appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment after merging the Department of Natural Resources and Environment with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development into the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Ngai province.
