According to the announcement, all 9 cases of car drivers exceeding the speed limit were detected at 2 locations: Km271, National Highway 3 (5 cases) and Km2+980, Vo Nguyen Giap Street (4 cases).
Notably, in the 9 violations, cars came from many provinces and cities such as: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen...

After the announcement, Cao Bang Provincial Police requested violators to come to the headquarters to resolve the issue at: Traffic Police Department of Cao Bang Provincial Police (Group 5, Song Hien Ward, Cao Bang City) or Cao Bang City Police (No. 004, Hoang Nhu Street, Hop Giang Ward, Cao Bang City, Cao Bang Province).
If the violator does not come to resolve the issue, the Provincial Police will coordinate with the local authorities where the vehicle owner resides, studies, works or has its head office to handle the issue according to regulations.
Within 20 days, information about the violation will be posted on the Traffic Police Department's website and the warning status will be updated to the inspection agency (for vehicles that need to be inspected) for handling.
