Surprised by the number of kilometers rolled by a Porsche 911 Dakar in Hai Phong

Thanh Vũ |

The first Porsche 911 Dakar limited-edition sports supercar in Vietnam has now rolled nearly 75,000 km after just 18 months of use.

This is an impressive number, especially for a limited-edition sports car.

The car is owned by a businessman in the transportation industry from Hai Phong. Although quite secretive, his name began to be widely known to domestic car enthusiasts from August 2023 - the time the Porsche 911 Dakar was handed over.

Unlike most supercar owners who often maintain and limit travel, the owner of this Porsche 911 Dakar attracted attention when he announced that he would use the 911 Dakar in line with the spirit developed by Porsche of creating a genuine off-road sports car.

Since owning the 911 Dakar limited edition car, this person has completed 3 large journeys across many rugged routes in China. Most of the 75,000 km trail that the vehicles have wheeled comes from these trips. This is a testament to the passion for discovery and formidable operation of this special car.

The Porsche 911 Dakar is equipped with a 3.0L turbocharged, 3.0L 6-cylinder engine, producing 480 horsepower and a maximum torque of 570 Nm. The car is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and reaching a maximum speed of 240 km/h, providing an exciting driving experience on both flat and rugged roads.

In Vietnam, the Porsche 911 Dakar is officially distributed with a price starting from 15.3 billion VND. This is not a popular choice, but it is completely worth it for those who are passionate about high-performance and exclusive sports cars.
