A series of five-digit license plates in Hanoi: 29AC-888.88; 29AD-333.33; 29AC-999.99;... and a series of five-digit license plates from all over the country.
However, according to the list updated on VPA's online auction site on the morning of April 3, only one five-digit license plate of Ninh Binh province, 35A-555.55, was auctioned.
According to the notice from VPA, the pre -reservation of a car number plates for auction is 40 million. The pre -ordered money of a license plate of motorbikes and motorbikes for auction is 5 million. The pre -reservation of the license plate has a AAAA format, ABCDE re -auction after the second time is VND 500 million for the license plate of cars and VND 50 million for motorbike and motorbike license plates. Regarding the expenses for registration documents, the sale of documents participating in the auction is VND 100,000 on a license plate. The money for sale of the auction is VND 50,000 on a license plate of motorcycles and motorbikes.
VPA also clearly stipulates the minimum auction time as 25 minutes/1 license plate.
