Cao Bang Provincial Police have just announced the results of detecting cases of traffic violations through the Traffic Surveillance Camera System (from March 27, 2025 to April 3, 2025)
Through the traffic surveillance camera system, Cao Bang Provincial Police have detected 14 cases of driving cars at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit and being fined.
In the list of violating vehicles, there are 3 vehicles with license plates from Hanoi.

In Thai Binh province, from March 27, 2025 to April 1, 2025, the Traffic Police Department, Thai Binh Provincial Police recorded 81 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law being fined.
Notably, 29 of these vehicles have Hanoi license plates and have been fined for speeding.


In Thanh Hoa, according to the announcement of the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police on vehicles violating road traffic safety and order detected through the Security, Order and Traffic Safety Monitoring camera System in Thanh Hoa City from March 15, 2025 to March 20, 2025, there were 2 vehicles with Hanoi license plates that violated.

From January 1, 2025, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulates administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points in effect.
Accordingly, some violations of road traffic safety order have increased fines compared to before, such as drivers running red lights being fined 18-20 million VND (old level was 4-6 million VND).

The violator must go to the police station where the fine was detected or go to the police station to resolve the violation according to regulations.

For cars: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
