Of which, there are hundreds of vehicles that are vehicles from many northern provinces (other than Hanoi) such as Cao Bang, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Hoa Binh, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh that have violated road traffic safety order in the capital Hanoi, detected through the traffic surveillance camera system, and were fined.
In the above list, the cases of cars being fined mainly for the following violations: Stopping at a place with a "No stopping and parking" sign; driving into a prohibited road; not obeying traffic lights...
