    According to information from Hai Duong City Police on December 2, recently, in Hai Duong City, there have been a number of vehicles that are three-wheeled electric vehicles with roofs and no license plates circulating on the road.

    Authorities said this is a vehicle of unknown origin and does not have a quality inspection agency, does not have the necessary documents, and does not meet the technical safety conditions according to current regulations to register the vehicle for traffic.

    In order to ensure traffic safety and order and protect the rights of the people, Hai Duong City Police recommends that people do not buy, sell, exchange and use electric three-wheeled vehicles without the required documents, contributing to reducing traffic congestion and traffic accidents, contributing to ensuring traffic safety and order in the area.
