    According to information from Hai Duong City Police on December 2, recently, in Hai Duong City, there have been a number of vehicles that are three-wheeled electric vehicles with roofs and no license plates circulating on the road.

    Authorities said this is a vehicle of unknown origin and does not have a quality inspection agency, does not have the necessary documents, and does not meet the technical safety conditions according to current regulations to register the vehicle for traffic.
