From March 27, 2025 to April 1, 2025, the Traffic Police Department, Thai Binh Provincial Police recorded 81 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law being fined.

In Bac Ninh province, according to the latest update, from February 24, 2025 to March 2, 2025, the Traffic Police force of Bac Ninh province used professional equipment to handle violations through images to send notices to 76 vehicle owners whose vehicles violated traffic safety regulations.
Of which, 4 vehicles were fined for not complying with traffic light signals. All 4 vehicles were recorded violating at the VNPT intersection between Ly Thai To Street and Huyen Quang Street, Dai Phuc Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province.
The Ministry of Public Security said that from March 1, when there are no more district-level police, traffic violators can go to the traffic police department where people live or where violations are detected to resolve fines.
When paying the fine, the car driver needs to prepare the following documents:
For cars: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
The police recommend that people continue to raise awareness of voluntarily complying with traffic laws, for their own safety and that of others.

Method 1: Deposit cash directly at the State Treasury or at the commercial bank where the State Treasury opens an account as stated in the penalty decision.
Method 2: Transfer money to the State Treasury's account stated in the penalty decision through the National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn) or the electronic payment service of a bank or a payment intermediary service provider.
Method 3: Pay a direct fine to the person competent to sanction according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 56, Clause 2, Article 78 of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations (here is a traffic police soldier competent to handle traffic violations).
Method 4: Pay fines through public postal service.
Method 5: Payment fines through the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal.

- Step 3: Continue to select "Payment for administrative fines in the field of road traffic".

Method 6: Payment fines through the National Public Service Portal

Next, select "Menu" in the top right corner of the Service Portal, select "Online payment", then select " Payment for handling administrative violations" ( select the corresponding column if you are a citizen or a business) and select "Search for payment for traffic violations". At this step, the person paying the fine continues to follow the instructions.
