On December 21, information from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Traffic Police Department said that the authorities quickly took action to verify and clarify the clip recording a foreign woman driving a motorbike, performing many dangerous moves while participating in traffic.
Through the search, the motorbike with license plate 79N2-552.54 was initially owned by Mr. L.M.V (residing in Tan Dinh commune, Khanh Hoa province).
After that, Mr. L.M.V sold the motorbike to the H.D motorbike shop in Ninh Hoa ward, represented by Mr. P.T.H. Then, Mr. P.T.H resold the vehicle to a foreign man.
Working with the authorities, the foreign man said he had given the car to a foreign woman born on February 21, 1991, currently residing in an apartment on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Bac Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.
On December 20, 2025, the Traffic Police Department coordinated with the Immigration Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, Bac Nha Trang Ward Police and the Apartment Management Board to check the person's residence and invite him to the headquarters for questioning.
At the police station, the foreign woman admitted to being the one who directly drove the motorbike with license plate 79N2-552.54.
Accordingly, this foreign woman committed the act of "lying on the saddle to drive motorbikes in traffic" on a number of roads in Cam Lam commune, Khanh Hoa province in January and June 2025.
Realizing that the incident had signs of the crime of "Disturbing public order", the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police completed the file and transferred it to the Criminal Police Department for handling and investigation according to its authority.
