The incident occurred at 4:30 p.m. on September 25, 2025 at Km 80+700, National Highway 17, in Tan Yen commune, Bac Ninh province.
Car 98A-021.08 was damaged and could not move on its own. Mr. Nguyen Van T. (born in 2003, residing in Phuc Hoa commune, Bac Ninh) was driving a motorbike with license plate 33L7-44xx, along with Mr. Nguyen Viet H (born in 2001, residing in Tan Yen commune, Bac Ninh) driving a motorbike with license plate 98B3-558.xx, who used a motorbike to push the car to the repair shop.
When working with the traffic police, both individuals were clearly aware of their violations. Tan Yen Traffic Police Team has drawn up a record to handle the case in accordance with legal regulations.
