In Ta Hong basin, there are still some flooded spots in Hoang Nhu Tiep, Co Linh, Dam Quang Trung, Ngoc Lam.

In addition, the water level of rivers and lakes in the inner city is still at a high level. As of 6:00 a.m., the To Lich River (Hoang Quoc Viet) was 5.14 m; West Lake was 6.25 m; Hoan Kiem Lake was 8.00 m (exceeding the controlled water level by 7.70 m).
