Including 4 internal procedures for handling administrative procedures under the authority of the Hanoi Department of Transport, including issuing new certificates of eligibility for motorbike and moped emission inspection activities; Reissuing certificates of eligibility for motorbike and moped emission inspection activities; issuing new certificates of eligibility for motor vehicle inspection activities; Reissuing certificates of eligibility for motor vehicle inspection activities.
7 internal procedures for handling administrative procedures under the authority of the Hanoi Motor Vehicle Inspection Center include granting inspection certificates, technical safety inspection and environmental protection inspection stamps for motor vehicles (except motorbikes and mopeds), specialized motorbikes in cases of initial exemption from inspection; Re-issuing inspection certificates, technical safety inspection and environmental protection stamps for motor vehicles (except for motorbikes and mopeds), specialized motorbikes; Re-issuing renovation certificates; Inspection of emissions of motorbikes and mopeds; Issuing inspection certificates, technical safety inspection and environmental protection stamps for motor vehicles (except for motorbikes and mopeds); Issuing certificates of inspection, technical safety inspection and environmental protection certificates for specialized motorbikes and mopeds; Certificate of safety and environmental protection for motorbikes and mopeds.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Public Administration Service Center to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Transport and relevant agencies and units, based on this decision, to build an electronic process for handling administrative procedures to provide public services on the city's administrative procedure settlement information system according to regulations.
