Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just issued a notice inviting participation in the auction of assets, which are a batch of 3 used cars under the management of the Market Management Sub-Department (Hung Yen Provincial Department of Industry and Trade).
The starting price for the entire asset lot is from more than 56 million VND. The entire asset lot includes 03 specific cars as follows:
The above price is the minimum price, excluding taxes, fees and charges for transferring the right to use or own assets according to current regulations. The auction applies a price step of 1,000,000 VND.
To participate in the auction of this batch of vehicles, individuals or organizations that meet the conditions according to the provisions of the Law on Auction of Assets need to pay a deposit of 11,000,000 VND and a dossier fee of 50,000 VND.
Time for selling and receiving applications: From 8:00 AM on June 15, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 22, 2026 (during office hours).
Direct registration location: At the headquarters of Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National (No. 193 Hoang Van Thai, Phuong Liet ward, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) or at the Hung Yen Provincial Market Management Sub-Department.
Remote registration form: Participants can download the application, send the hard copy by post (must receive it before 5:00 PM on June 22, 2026) or scan the original to submit online via system email. At the same time, all participants must complete the online account registration procedure.
Customers who need to see the actual status of the car fleet can register before 5:00 PM on June 18, 2026 to be arranged by the organizers to see the cars on June 17, 18 and 19, 2026 at the parking place of the Hung Yen Provincial Market Management Sub-Department.
In order to ensure transparency and create favorable conditions for participants, the auction will be organized entirely online in the form of bidding up and auctioning together for the entire lot of assets (not splitting each vehicle).
The official auction will take place on June 25, 2026.
