Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee in coordination with Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National has just successfully organized a land use right auction for interspersed residential land plots (XK2-CH and XK3-CH areas), Can Huu commune, old Quoc Oai district (now Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi city).
The auction has a total of 24 land plots with a total area of 2,768.2m2, of which the smallest land plot is 102.7m2, the largest is 143.7m2, the starting price applied to all land plots is 8.016 million VND/m2.
The auction dossier is publicly announced in the mass media as well as posted at the headquarters of the Kieu Phu Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board; The purpose of land use is residential land, long-term use term, and the form of land use is that the State allocates land with land use fees to build houses through land use rights auctions.


In the period from May 28, 2026 to the end of June 10, 2026, there were 704 dossiers eligible to participate in the auction.
As a result, all 24 land plots were successfully auctioned, of which the lowest priced land plot was more than 28 million VND/m2, and the highest auctioned lot was more than 48 million VND/m2. The total amount collected from the auction was more than 89.81 billion VND.
According to Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, the organization of land use right auctions is identified by the commune as one of the important solutions to effectively exploit the land fund, increase budget revenue, and create resources to serve infrastructure investment, meeting the socio-economic development requirements of the commune in the coming period.
According to the plan, in 2026, the commune will continue to develop an auction plan for eligible land plots, ensuring publicity, transparency and compliance with legal regulations.
