Lam Dong Police have just announced a list of vehicles that will be fined from April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025. Among these, many vehicles violated the left turn signal in places with no turning sign. The list of some violating vehicles ( marked) is as follows:
Bac Giang Police said that from April 18, 2025 to April 27, 2025, the police discovered 16 cases of turning left at places with signs prohibiting turning.
The list is as follows: 99E-007.86; 98A-062.51; 29V-2832; 29h-306.59; 98A-415.30; 98A-195.82; 98A-821.45; 98A-671.89; 98A-849.85; 98A-608.21; 98A-418.94; 29V-2450; 34a-200.82; 98A-051.16; 99E-007.86; 98A-564.17.
According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, drivers of cars turning left at a place with a sign prohibiting turning will be fined from VND 2,000,000 to VND 3,000,000.
To pay the fine, people can go to the police station where the fine was detected or go to the police station to resolve the violation according to regulations.
However, according to the new recommendation of the People's Traffic Police Department, people should go to the headquarters of the traffic police department where they have permanent residence to handle, should not go to the place where violations are detected in another locality to handle, which is both overloaded for the authorities and requires long trips.
When coming to handle the fine, the violator needs to prepare some documents. For cars: vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
