The Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police has just announced a list of vehicles violating traffic safety order in November 2024 but has not yet paid the fine.
In the announced list, there are 132 vehicles registered in 24 provinces and cities outside of Hanoi, including: Cao Bang, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Dien Bien, Hoa Binh, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Bac Giang and Bac Ninh.
The Traffic Police Department said that it has sent a notice in a guarantee letter to the vehicle owner and posted it on the website "csgt.vn" according to regulations.
However, up to now, the vehicle driver (vehicle owner or representative of the violating organization) has not yet come to the authorities to resolve the matter according to regulations.
The Traffic Police Department has requested the Hanoi Department of Transport to notify and request the vehicle driver (vehicle owner or representative of the violating organization) to come to the headquarters of the Traffic Command and Traffic Light Control Team (address 54 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District) when coming to do the inspection procedures and be responsible for going to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Team, Order - District Police according to the address stated in the vehicle registration certificate to resolve the case according to the provisions of law.
