    Thanh Hoa Police announced the results of detecting vehicles violating traffic safety and order through the security and traffic safety surveillance camera system (from January 11 to January 26). Among these, many vehicle owners were fined for the offense of not fastening seat belts as follows:

    According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, the offense of not fastening the seat belt is fined from 800,000 to 1,000,000 VND.
