Recently, Porsche 911 models of the 992nd generation have begun to be brought to Vietnam in increasing numbers, in which the convertible version (Cabriolet) has received attention from a group of customers who love the sporty driving experience combined with a different design style. The newly appeared car has a prominent contrasting color configuration between the exterior and the cockpit.
Compared to its predecessor 992.1, the model has been comprehensively upgraded in design, technology equipment and operating performance.
In terms of design, the upgraded version has a refined front bumper, expanded air intakes and rear headlights with slight changes in shape. These details contribute to improving aerodynamics, while increasing the recognition for the new version of the iconic sports car line from Germany.
The interior also has many notable changes. The instrument cluster behind the steering wheel has switched to completely digital form with a 12.6-inch screen, supporting many display modes inspired by Porsche's traditional design. The 10.9-inch central screen uses an upgraded PCM operating system, increasing Apple CarPlay connectivity and integrating more online entertainment applications.
In addition, the traditional mechanical key has been replaced by the Start/Stop button, in line with the modern design trend on new generation sports cars.
Porsche 911 992. 2 Cabriolet uses a 3.0L twin-turbo boxer engine, producing a maximum power of 388 horsepower and a maximum torque of 450 Nm. Thanks to that, the car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in about 4.1 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of 294 km/h, slightly improved compared to the predecessor version.
