According to information from the manufacturer, Porsche only manufactured 1,974 911 Turbo 50 Years worldwide, a number symbolizing the launch year of the first 911 Turbo generation. In Vietnam, the number of cars in this version is recorded very limited.
The car appeared in Hanoi with a production order number 1,332/1,974. The exterior stands out with gray paint combined with white Sport Classic rims and number 74 on both sides of the body, reminiscent of the original Porsche 911 Turbo model launched in 1974.
Many separate identification details of the commemorative version are completed in Turbonite color, including the Porsche logo, fuel tank cap and some exterior decoration details. This is the characteristic color developed by Porsche for the company's new high-performance car lines.
Inside the cockpit, the Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years uses a classic plaid pattern inspired by the German brand's sports cars in the past. The "Turbo 50" logo appears on the door panels and headrests, while the dashboard area is equipped with a custom-designed clock to enhance the recognition and collection value of the model.
In terms of operation, the Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years is equipped with a 3.7-liter 6-cylinder boxer engine with twin turbocharger, producing 641 horsepower and a maximum torque of 800 Nm. Power is transmitted to the four wheels through an 8-speed PDK dual-clutch gearbox.
According to Porsche's announcement, this model has the ability to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds when Sport Chrono mode is activated, before reaching a top speed of 330 km/h.
With a limited production volume and many nostalgic design details, the Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years is currently one of the 911 versions that sports car collectors are particularly interested in.
