On June 14, Quang Tri Provincial Police said that the Provincial Police Testing Council organized the opening ceremony of the A1 motorcycle driving test and license issuance for ethnic minorities in Dakrong commune. This is a locality selected as a pilot before being expanded throughout the province.
In this phase, a total of 102 candidates who are ethnic minorities, people from remote and isolated areas, poor and near-poor households in need have been reviewed and listed to participate in the exam.

To create favorable conditions and remove barriers for people, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police coordinates with the Commune Police, local authorities and training institutions to implement a comprehensive support model.
Functional forces have organized focused review, theoretical guidance and visual practice, easy to understand, suitable to the specific characteristics of the people.
Notably, the organizing committee arranged vehicles to transport candidates from villages to the exam site, ensuring full meals and free exam fees for participating candidates.
Comprehensive support from tutoring, pick-up and drop-off, food to exam fee exemption not only helped 102 candidates complete the entrance exam well but also showed the spirit of responsibility and humanity of the Quang Tri Police force in raising awareness of traffic law compliance and ensuring social security in remote, isolated, and border areas.
