On September 10, Phu Tho Provincial Police said that on August 30, at Km8+700 provincial road 310, belonging to Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province, the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police stopped to inspect passenger cars under contract.
The vehicle was driven by Mr. Tran Quang H (born 1989, residing in Lien Hoa commune, Phu Tho province). At the time of inspection, there were 28 people in the car, including the driver and passengers.
Through inspection, functional forces determined that Mr. H had an alcohol concentration in his breath at 0.206 mg/l. The working group then made a record of administrative violation and temporarily seized the vehicle according to regulations.
With the above behavior, the driver is fined from 6-8 million VND and deducted 4 points on the driver's license according to regulations.
The fact that drivers have alcohol concentration when driving passenger vehicles poses a potential risk of traffic unsafety. For contract cars, drivers must ensure the safety of passengers throughout the journey.
The Traffic Police Department of Phu Tho Provincial Police recommends that drivers of passenger transport vehicles absolutely do not use alcohol and beer before and during driving. Drivers need to comply with traffic safety regulations and only drive vehicles when they meet the conditions.
In the coming time, the Traffic Police force of Phu Tho Provincial Police will continue to strengthen inspections of transport business vehicles, focusing on handling acts that directly lead to traffic accidents, including violations of alcohol concentration regulations.
