Cocotaxi is a rather rudimentary motorbike with a 3-wheel design and a roof for passengers on the motorbike. The vehicle can carry 2-3 passengers with a small row of seats behind the driver. The car is often equipped with a 2-seat dong luc and is called a "coconut" taxi because the round car design resembles half a coconut.
These taxis are privately owned but have the same yellow paint color. This type of vehicle, when operated, creates a quite large sound but is a unique means of transport that attracts many foreign tourists when visiting the capital Havana, especially in the old neighborhoods. When choosing this type of vehicle, you need to wear it because the price is "travel" according to the time and distance but is often cheaper than regular taxis.
