From people's feedback through Zalo, Facebook of the Traffic Police Department and VNeTraffic, the truck driver violated three violations and was fined 26.5 million VND.

On the afternoon of July 21, information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) said that, after receiving feedback from people via Zalo, the Director of the Traffic Police Department, Facebook of the Traffic Police Department and the VNeTraffic application, implementing the direction of the Director of the Traffic Police Department, the Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Gia Binh - Luong Tai Group) to urgently verify and handle the truck driver who hid the license plate, causing goods to spill on the road.

Accordingly, the traffic police force invited the truck driver in the clip that people reflected to work.

Through working, Mr. Nguyen Van H (born 1990) - the driver of truck BKS 99C-039. XX - admitted the violations that occurred at 11:50 am on July 6, 2026 on Nguyen Van Cu street, Luong Tai commune, Bac Ninh province.

Functional forces have made a record of handling the above driver for three violations including: attaching a shielded license plate; carrying bulk goods with tarpaulins but still letting goods fall onto the road; driving a vehicle without a valid mandatory civil liability insurance certificate of the motor vehicle owner.

For the above acts, the driver was fined a total of 26.5 million VND and had 6 points of his driver's license deducted.

According to the Traffic Police Department, receiving feedback through digital platforms such as Zalo of the Director of the Traffic Police Department, Facebook of the Traffic Police Department and the VNeTraffic application is proving effective in promptly detecting, verifying and handling violations of traffic order and safety.

The Traffic Police Department also recommends that vehicle drivers not commit acts of covering up license plates to evade the supervision of functional forces; and at the same time, they must tie goods in accordance with regulations to avoid spillage, causing traffic unsafety for vehicles circulating on the road.
