Many traffic participants are concerned when encountering situations where railway traffic lights flash red but road traffic lights at the same location still display blue. Regarding this reflection, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security has responded.
According to the Traffic Police Department, in the above situation, when the railway traffic light flashes red, vehicles that need to go straight across the level crossing must stop in front of the stop line of the road traffic light, and are not allowed to continue moving across the railway.
Meanwhile, vehicles that do not pass through the level crossing but only turn left in the direction allowed by the road traffic lights are still allowed to move when the traffic lights display green.

According to images in the reflected video, only green lights are turned on to turn left, while red lights are prohibited from going straight," the Traffic Police Department said.
The Traffic Police Department is studying and proposing to synchronize railway and road traffic signals to avoid causing misunderstanding for traffic participants.
