According to initial information, on the evening of July 25, the traffic surveillance camera system recorded this vehicle moving through the intersection of DT638 road intersecting with National Highway 19C (Canh Vinh commune, Gia Lai province) at a speed of 104km/h, while the maximum speed allowed was only 50km/h.
According to the Traffic Police Department, driving faster than the regulation at 54km/h is a serious violation, posing a very high risk of accidents, especially in areas near intersections. For this violation, drivers will be fined from 12 to 14 million VND and have 6 points deducted from their driving licenses.

Previously, on July 30, the Traffic Police Department of Gia Lai Province Police requested the Patrol and Control Teams to strictly handle the truck with license plate 77C-088.08 - a vehicle that ran over the speed limit 21 times - when detected on the road.
Through verification, the vehicle owner was Mr. P.V.D (residing in Quy Nhon ward, Gia Lai). Although the Traffic Police Department sent a notice after each violation, Mr. D did not come to work.
The Traffic Police Department discovered that this truck had not been technically inspected for safety but had been traveling on the road for the past 4 years.
