On April 26, Da Nang City Police said they had just inspected and handled a vehicle "modification" facility in the area.
Through grasping the situation, Hoa Khanh Ward Police discovered a motorbike repair facility in the Nguyen Binh street area owned by Mr. D. V. L (born 2002), showing signs of illegally changing vehicle structures.

The Police force made a record of work and temporarily seized related exhibits to serve the verification and handling according to the provisions of law.
Over the past time, the situation of some subjects using vehicles revving engines, speeding, swerving, and zigzagging, causing public disorder in the area has still been complicated, directly affecting people's lives.
In which, most are vehicles that have been changed in structure, "modified" parts such as exhaust pipes, engines or installed equipment that is not in accordance with regulations.
Car repair facilities are places that a part of young people often turn to to change the structure of vehicles, posing a potential risk of violations.
Faced with the above situation, Hoa Khanh Ward Police have proactively implemented measures to review and inspect motorbike repair facilities in the area.
In addition to the facility that has been handled as mentioned above, the Ward Police organized propaganda, requesting other facility owners to sign commitments not to perform "modification" acts, illegally changing vehicle structures; and emphasized that violations will be strictly handled.
The Police force requested that, in addition to the involvement of functional forces, parents need to strengthen vehicle management, grasp the living time of their children, promptly remind and orient them, and prevent violations from occurring.
Arbitrarily changing the vehicle structure is not only a violation of the law but also potentially poses a risk of traffic unsafety, directly affecting users and the community.
